The bedding is soft warm very cosy. Great value for money, this is the second set I've purchased and would'nt buy from anywhere else . Great company 5 star

Great quality and price

After struggling to find a flat flannelette sheet, I found the Home Factory Shop online. The Vantona brand have always been well known so I ordered 2 sheets. The delivery time was excellent, so I ordered the matching fitted sheets too. Highly delighted with the quality, price and delivery service. Nice and snug this winter now.

Customer services absolutely useless

Tried to contact customer services / returns on numerous occasions for help on how to download returns form. Phone rang for 30 mins without an answer on a mid afternoon no reply from emails is sent. In end I just wrapped up items with a nice letter enclosed asking for a refund returned via recorded delivery still waiting a response 1 week later
